Physical and mental fitness is of utmost importance. Getting to the gym for workout and prioritizing your fitness isn’t easy. Many try to be a fitness freak and start gymming schedule but fail to maintain it. Staying on track and working toward your health goals is essential. You need to stay motivated and put an extra effort, when you feel down for workout and exercise.

Fitness

Bodybuilding is the use of progressive resistance exercise to control and develop one's muscles (muscle building) by muscle hypertrophy for aesthetic purposes.[1] It is distinct from similar activities such as powerlifting because it focuses on physical appearance instead of strength.[2] An individual who engages in this activity is referred to as a bodybuilder.

Body Building

Powerlifting is a strength sport that consists of three attempts at maximal weight on three lifts: squat, bench press, and deadlift. As in the sport of Olympic weightlifting, it involves the athlete attempting a maximal weight single-lift effort of a barbell loaded with weight plates. Two types of powerlifting: equipped and non-equipped.

Power Lifting

The basic skills of boxing for beginners include the boxer's stance, the jab, the cross, the hook, and the uppercut punches. Successful boxers are able to employ a combination of skilled footwork and punches together in close synchronization.

Boxing

Personal trainers help clients to perform exercises with correct techniques, minimizing the risk of injury. While some discuss nutrition, ergogenic supplem-entation, and spiritual practices with clients, there is debate within the industry as to whether it fits within their scope of practice and training qualifications.

Personal Training

Arm wrestling is a sport with two opponents who face each other with their bent elbows placed on a table and hands firmly gripped, who then attempt to force the opponent's hand down to the table top. The sport is often casually used to demonstrate the stronger person between two or more people.
